We use a fraction of the amount of paper public schools do. We don’t have a bunch of worksheets, coloring papers, and other time fillers. I haven't bought new pencils in years, we have been using up the colorful pencils given away at church functions and what family has given us. We walk to school…in the next room. We don’t have to worry about food containers either, I haven bought baggies in years. We reuse the same binders and folders year after year. We don’t have to worry about new cloths, we do have to worry about staying in our pajamas too long! It is great; green is so much a part of our lives that we don’t even think about it.
